By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Please read or things will get spicy~ ;)
I. General terms
+I have the right to decline your commission.
+First come, first serve. (Rush fee: 20% of total price)
+You can ask me for a WIP but do not spam. (ex: asking everyday for updates)
*Please do not complain about my prices
+Most of the commissions will be streamed unless the client wishes not toI, the artist, am not responsible if the client failed to read the terms of service that I provided

II. PAYMENT
+All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
+Payment only through Paypal+COMMERCIAL PRICE:
(Initial art price is included in the 3x)
Commerical fee will be 3x the original price
If you paid for the initial commission and wish
to use the art as commerical in the future, price will be 2x instead of 3xExample:
A: I would like to commission 2 emotes
Joo: Okay! Sounds great
(Payment has been completed)
(2 weeks later)
A: I'm interested in selling these as stickers
Joo: Okay! Since you paid for the two emotes, you only need to pay
for 2x now since you paid for the initial emotes
III. PROCESS
+Once payment is complete, I will start on the sketch
+Once the sketch has been approved, I will start coloring
NOTE: I will be sending multiple WIPS throughout!
+Once everything has been confirmed,
I will send the commissions VIA Twitter, Email or Discord.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
My job is to make sure you're 110% happy with the art I create for you!
If you're not happy with it, I won't be happy either. :(PLEASE NOTE: Once a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I retain all copyright to my art.
The commissioner may repost and use the commissioned piece,
but you must not make major edits to the artwork, credit MUST be given.The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the artwork for personal use only.
A few examples include - profile picture, on stream, on twitterUse the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. [Unless stated and agreed upon with the commissioner]
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You may get 100% refund if the sketch has not been made
Anything after the sketch will result in 50% refund.
Once the artwork is complete, a refund will not be allowedIf you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.You will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
